Had an issue and called Edy out on a Sunday. He diagnosed the issue which turned out to be bigger than expected. He and his team fixed the issue within 24 hours. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and sent updates at every step. He cleaned up afterwards and it was as if he was never there.

Our tenants called us with slow draining sinks. So we called our old reliable Cobra Rooter which we have used for years, but found Bob had retired and sold his business to E-Drains. We decided to give them a try. Ruben from E-Drains came out and cleared the line and ran a camera down and found a crushed pipe.They had to dig up the front to repair the pipe and install a double sweep to make it easier for cleaning out the drains. They finished really fast, working in the rain, communicating with us the whole time and not disturbing our tenants. Price was reasonable for what all they did. Edy the owner even came by to see if we were satisfied with the work and the lawn was put back so you could not tell a seven foot hole had been dug.

I recently had the pleasure of using E-Drain's services to unclog three of my drains and I must say, I am extremely impressed! Ray and Fransisco were the technicians who came out and they were simply the best. They were punctual, professional and most importantly, they got the job done efficiently. Not only did they unclog the drains, but they also took the time to thoroughly clean and inspect them to ensure there were no further issues. When I tell you that E Drains is the truth!!. Literally I reached out earlier today 2/26 They were able to squeeze me in and connected me with Eddie. Eddie gave me a timestamp between four and six and he was here between the mark. I explained what my plumbing issues was and I also had video footage. He didn’t need any visual footage. He knew exactly what the issue at hand was that three other plumbing companies could not resolve over a 2 year window. Eddie Called me in advance when he was in route to me, upon arrival he was very pleasant, good energy and knowledgeable from start to finish. He Also informed me of another ongoing issue so that we can handle preventative measures before waiting till a problem arises.
